Hi-Tech-TEX promou l’excel·lència en la gestió dels clústers participants al projecte mitjançant el reforç dels seus ecosistemes en base a la innovació tecnològica mitjançant la col·laboració intersectorial i interregional per facilitar la transformació verda del sector tèxtil.
