The Global Fibers Congress takes place every year in Dornbirn, Austria, in September. More than 700 participants from 35 countries use this congress as a networking platform and to stay up to date with the latest innovations in fibers and textiles globally. AEI Tèxtils has been part of the committee of this congress since 2009.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 there will be no possibility to conduct the congress in its usual form this year. The travel restrictions and the extraordinary economic situation complicate the planning of events.
As an alternative some lectures and discussions will be offered in form of webinars from 16th to 18th September.
