AEI Tèxtils organized, on 21st June, at CDMT, member of the cluster, a networking meeting opened to all the Catalan companies in the sector, with the aim of promoting the relations between the members of the cluster.
Within the meeting, a working session was carried out, with the aim to iniciate specific actions related to solve environmental problems in the textile industry. AEI Tèxtils will present the example of MIDWOR-LIFE project, which coordinates, and which has the aim to mitigate the environmental impact caused by current DWORs (Durable Water and Oil Repellents) used in the textile finishing industry by analysing their non-toxic alternatives.
In the afternoon the General Assembly of AEI Tèxtils took place.
