AEI Tèxtils, together with ACTE, Terrassa City Council and INTEXTER (UPC), organized an International Textile Conference, held on 2nd October at Museu de la Ciència i de la Tècnica de Catalunya, in Terrassa.
The Conference, which was attended by over 160 professionals, with the slogan “Weaving the future with the yarn of innovation”, was intended to be an international meeting point of the textile sector, both the traditional and the tehcnical and to promote Terrassa, and generally the whole Catalonia, as a referent of the sector, which still has an important industry and several supporting R & D agents, which help to foster its competitiveness.
