Start date: November 2025
End date: October 2029
Objectives:
Skills4Circularity has the main objective of upskilling and reskilling the European textile workforce to address the challenges of sustainability and digitalization.
The project implements a dual strategy: reactive, to cover urgent needs through agile “Masterclasses”; and proactive, through the creation of the Textile Skills Observatory to anticipate future professional profiles.
Innovative training programs will be developed, including MOOCs for engineers and managers, practical regional training for operators and technicians, and interregional Bootcamps and Hackathons to foster transnational collaboration.
Training contents will focus on critical areas such as textile recycling, eco-design, traceability such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP), new circular business models, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Tèxtils.CAT will facilitate the transfer of this knowledge to Catalan companies, and at the same time will be leading the communication and dissemination strategy to help maximize the impact of the results.
