On 7th and 8th July, members of the cluster team were in Berga participating in the Catalan Summer University of Nature (UCEN), organized by the UPC.
Our goal was to strengthen the links between the business and academic sectors. Bringing the challenges of the textile industry closer to teaching staff is a key step for this knowledge to reach classrooms and boost the training of future professionals in the sector.
It was also a good opportunity to highlight the textile potential of the Berguedà and Bages regions. We showcased the great work of our members and the territory: Technitiger and Tejidos Bages, who showed us practical examples of innovation, sustainability, and quality.
