Within the framework of the Terrassa Tria Futur fair, the Institut Industrial de Terrassa – Gremi Tèxtil organized an inspiring talk on April 10th for more than 140 students in their 4th year of ESO and the Vocational Training program (CFGM) in Manufacturing and Finishing at INS Terrassa.
The session was led by Marta Casadesús, Project Manager at Tèxtils.CAT, who shared with the students her passion for a sector that seeks qualified talent and diverse profiles to lead a responsible industry in Europe.
The textile sector goes far beyond fashion, with applications in medicine, automotive, construction, and sports, among others. These high-complexity, value-added materials are designed and manufactured in Catalonia. Our region is a hub of innovation where industrial tradition has been transformed to lead the production of cutting-edge textile solutions that are exported worldwide.
