INTEXTER leads the creation of new technologies for industrial waste water treatment and reuse

The Textile Research  and Industrial Cooperation Institut (INTEXTER), member of AEI Tèxtils, and the Motion Control and Industrial Applications (MCIA) research center of the UPC, located at the Terrassa Campus, set up the ELDE project to generate new technologies for the treatment and reuse of the industrial residual water of the paper, chemical and tanning sectors.

INTEXTER also participates in the REGIREU project, which will evaluate the combination of two technologies to reuse effluents in new dyeing processes at a pilot scale. The projects also have the participation of two technology centers and six SMEs and are budgeted in more than 4 million euros.
